Maharashtra Elections: Low Voter Turnout Amid Bitcoin Scam, Cash Distribution Allegations 


Maharashtra mein Wednesday ko 11 baje tak sirf 18.14% voter turnout record hua jab state ke 288 assembly constituencies mein voting chal rahi thi. Political campaigning toh 48 hours pehle hi khatam ho gayi thi, lekin controversies jaise cryptocurrency scam aur cash distribution allegations ne sabka dhyan khinch liya.  



 **Key Constituencies Mein Low Voter Turnout**  

Mumbai mein voter turnout kafi kam raha, jaha city district ka turnout 15.78% aur suburban district ka 17.99% record hua. Colaba, Mahim aur Worli jaise assembly segments ka turnout 13.03%, 19.66%, aur 14.59% raha.  


Bhandup mein thoda better engagement tha with 23.42% turnout, aur CM Eknath Shinde ke Kopri-Pachpakhadi constituency, Thane mein 18.22% turnout raha.  


Gadchiroli district ne sabse zyada turnout diya with 30%, jisme Aheri aur Armori jaise segments 30% se upar the. Nagpur South-West, jahaan Deputy CM Devendra Fadnavis contest kar rahe hain, wahan turnout sirf 19.91% tha.  




Baramati, jo NCP leader Ajit Pawar aur unke nephew Yugendra Pawar ke beech ka battleground hai, wahan ka turnout 18.81% tha. Ye turnout 2019 ke 61.74% state average aur Mumbai ke 50.67% se kaafi kam hai.  



 **Bitcoin Scam Allegations Ne Political Scene Ko Hila Diya**  

BJP ne Supriya Sule (NCP) aur Nana Patole (Congress) par ilzam lagaya ki unhone 2018 ke cryptocurrency fraud case ka paisa elections ko fund karne ke liye use kiya.  


Ye allegations former IPS officer Ravindra Nath Patil ke claims par based hain, jo kehte hain ki Sule aur Patole ne scam ke bitcoins ka misuse kiya. BJP ne Sule ke kuch alleged audio clips press conference mein play kiye.

- **Supriya Sule:** “Meri voice nahi hai. Ye sab clips aur messages fake hain,” unhone kaha aur Election Commission aur Cyber Crime Department mein complaint file kiya.  

- **Nana Patole:** “Mujhe bitcoins ke baare mein kuch pata hi nahi,” unhone vote karne ke baad kaha.  

- **Ajit Pawar:** Clips mein voice ko accept karte hue, unhone kaha, “Inquiry hone do, sab clear ho jayega.”  




 **Cash Distribution Controversy Ne BJP Leader Ko Target Kiya**  

Ek aur controversy mein, BJP ke national general secretary Vinod Tawde par BVA chief Hitendra Thakur ne cash distribute karne ka ilzam lagaya.  


Thakur ka kehna tha ki Tawde Virar aaye ₹5 crore distribute karne ke liye, aur ek local hotel ke CCTV footage is claim ko support karte hain. Election Commission ne hotel se ₹9.53 lakh cash seize kiya aur Tawde ke against FIR file ki model code of conduct violate karne ke liye.  


Tawde ne allegations ko deny karte hue kaha, “Main election code explain karne ke liye meeting kar raha tha. Ye accusations baseless hain, aur main impartial investigation ka welcome karta hoon.”  



**Political Chaos Ne Voting Day Ko Overshadow Kiya**  

Bitcoin scam aur cash distribution jaise allegations ne Maharashtra ke electoral process par sawaal khade kar diye hain. 2019 ke mukable kaafi kam voter turnout ke saath, ye controversies democratic process par shadow daalti dikh rahi hain.
